1) How much room is needed for an inflatable bouncer?
This will vary, depending on what type of unit you rent. Bouncers normally require a level area approximately 20 ft x 20 ft with an overhead clearance of at least 14 feet. Please call for details on space requirements for other units (Combos, slides, obstacle course, etc.). If required (And possible), we would be more than happy to conduct a site inspection of your location.
2) What surfaces can inflatable’s be setup?
The safest surface is a level, grassy area. We can setup on concrete, asphalt, parking lots, etc. Please specify which surface the bouncer will be setup on so we can provide the appropriate anchors and ground cover. Be sure the surface area is clear of rocks, branches and sharp objects. We will not set up in dirt, rock, wet or other areas which may puncture the inflatable.
3) How many children can fit in an inflatable?
Although capacity varies by unit and style, standard size bouncers (15 x 15) hold up to 10 children. Please call and we can provide you with a more accurate capacity for each unit, as sizes and styles may vary.
*Not all units can accommodate adults. The above are only guidelines, please use good judgment. It is important not to mix small and large children together.
4) Can I set up an inflatable indoors?
Yes, if you have enough room and high enough ceiling. We will provide you with specific measurements for the unit you are interested in. When measuring your room, don’t forget to take into account suspended lighting.
5) Are inflatable bouncers safe?
Yes, if all of the rules outlined on the supplied rental contract are followed, and the unit is supervised at all times, they are very safe. Our main concern is safety and we insist on adult supervision at all times.
6) Do you provide a person to supervise the unit during the rental?
Typically most renters provide their own supervision. We will show you how to operate the inflatable unit and answer any questions you may have. We will provide you with a rule sheet for the users to follow. In some cases, we can provide an attendant at an additional cost.
7) How long does it take to set up the units?
It takes about 20 minutes to set up each unit (Depending on the unit), and review the safety guidelines / rental agreement with you. The renter / responsible adult must be present at the time of delivery and sign a waiver.
8) Is there a delivery charge?

If your event is at a location with no power (Parks, etc.), we can provide a generator at an additional charge.
16) What are my responsibilities as the renter of an inflatable?
